     A. When calls come into your assigned number, your script and operator instructions are displayed on the operator's screen in the easy to read   software.


Q. How does your all inclusive billing work?

     A. Each of our price plans have a base monthly fee and a certain number of included live operator minutes.


Q. Is there a extra charge for patching?

     A. No, Unique Uptown Media does not charge extra for phone patching. We do not nickle and dime our clients.

Q. Will my phones always be answered by a live operator?

A. All calls are answered in the order that they are received by a live operator if an operator is available. If not , an auto attendant will answer with options. You will have the option of holding or leaving a message.


Q. How much will I be charged if I go over my minutes?

     A. The per minute charge is based on 1.00 a minute.


Q. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any given time?

     A. Yes, you can change your plan by your needs at any time.
